including recent legislative changes and important rulings. An
overview of current tax case law that affects not-for-profit
organizations. Also, a discussion of the IRS and their concentrated
audit areas for not-for-profits, including unrelated business income
and related developments. The presenter is Samuel J. Erkonen,
partner with the law firm of Howe & Hutton, Ltd.

An update of accounting, reporting and disclosure
issues relevant to not-for-profit organizations. An overview of
accounting issues in financial and grant reporting. New statements
on auditing standards and how it affects your organization. The
presenter is Larry Dollinger of Dollinger & Co., Certified
Public Accountants. Larry is a former three-year member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Not-For-Profit
Organizations Committee. During his tenure on that committee, he
jointly developed the AICPA Not-For-Profit Audit And Accounting
Guide.
